The increased demand in recent years for continuous operation of databases has created interest in remote backups, which allow systems to recover their data, after disaster. A remote backup can ensure operation, even after extensive failures that may render an entire site in-operational and for which local replication may be inadequate.

Axcenta offers IP SAN based solution for remote data backup and data recovery. We co-locate the storage device at TATA VSNL IDCs, Cochin, Chennai and Bombay.

The service refers to an approach whereby you 'co-locate’ your storage device in an environment in which you can take advantage of our high availability and redundant infrastructure as well as gain access to high network bandwidth. You have the option of procuring rack space, bandwidth, and connection to the Internet, uninterruptible power supply and 24 x 7 server monitoring. The equipment would be placed at our managed Center and you can choose rack space and connectivity that best meets your individual needs.
